All Slickard orders are final sale. Because each skin is an affordable, made-to-order vinyl product, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, accidental orders, or choosing the wrong design.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

We stand behind every skin. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong design, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo — we’ll send a free replacement at no cost to you.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your tracking shows no movement or your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated window, contact us and we’ll investigate and make it right.
